Born in Edinburgh, based in London, Bad Aunt Clothing is a passion, turned business, as a result of the national lockdown in March 2020. It all started when I bought some wonderful materials, to keep myself occupied, planning to make a range of Kimono style gowns. I made one for myself and my Mum and the finished pieces turned out to be better than I could have hoped for.
I was so proud of what I had produced, I shared images with friends, family and on social media and it was greatly received. Almost immediately I was commissioned to make my first customised Kimono for a paying customer! This continued and I had orders flooding in, to make one of a kind, bespoke Kimono style gowns. As time went on, I was receiving requests for other styles and types of clothing. I decided to experiment and create a range of products, including pyjamas and lounge-wear, beach dresses and the obvious choice, face masks!

I source the material, measure you up and before you know it, you’ll have your custom clothing delivered to your door. This is more than just a business, this is my passion. I take great pride in the quality of my work and offer my bespoke pieces at affordable rates, starting from as little as only £20. Typically you can expect to spend anything up to £80, depending on sizing, materials and any specific requirements you may have.
